Why did you apply to be a student ambassador?
I applied to be a student ambassador because I love being a part of the College of Engineering and want to share my opinion with prospective students.

What advice would you offer to new engineering students?
Learn good time-management skills and form effective study habits.

What do you feel is unique about being a student at UM College of Engineering?
Students at the College of Engineering have unique opportunities to learn in environments with outstanding faculty who make a large effort to develop one-on-one relationships with students.

Describe what you are doing in this position.
In this position, I help with student panels and other prospective-student events.

What did you learn at CoE that has helped you in your position?
The CoE emphasizes teamwork and the ability to stay organized. These crucial skills help in this position.

Which College student organization stands out to you and why?
Campus groups that volunteer their time to worthy causes stand out to me.

What do you feel you are getting out of this position?
This position provides opportunities to sharpen communication skills, time management, and public-speaking skills.

Why has this been a good experience for you?
This has been a good experience because through it I have met fellow engineers who I wouldn’t have met otherwise.

What did you do during your summer 2017 break?
I took classes to further my studies.
