How did you find this internship?
My internship is at the Dean’s Office within the College of Engineering, working with high school students for Summer Scholars.

Describe your internship.
I found the CoE Dean’s Office job in September and have been working there since. I found out about the Summer Scholars job from a friend.

What did you learn at CoE that has helped you at your summer internship?
I do various office tasks at the Dean’s Office, including greeting people at the front desk and working on transferring faculty CV’s from an older database to a new one.

What’s the most valuable lesson you’ve learned at this program?
I have become well versed in all that CoE has to offer and how it helps potential students decide that they want to come here.

Why has this been a good experience for you?
I am learning to plan ahead, handle multiple tasks and execute those tasks effectively.
